Description of Services

MERN Core provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Full-stack web application development using MERN technologies
• Custom website design and user interface development
• E-commerce platform development and integration
• Technical consulting and performance optimization services

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on copyrights

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon project completion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, MERN Core retains the right to use general methodologies, know-how, and techniques developed during the project for future work.

MERN Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
